  • Since then, he has been dedicated to developing his expertise in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Psychometric Assessments, and empowering both colleagues and organizations.
  • He has accumulated significant experience working with prominent organizations such as Tata Motors Limited and Axis Bank, as well as innovative companies like LAVA Mobiles and LEAD School.
  • In July 2021, Salil successfully obtained the SHRM-SCP certification. Additionally, he is a certified Hogan coach, having conducted numerous one-on-one sessions based on Hogan reports.
  • Committed to continuous learning, Salil is a certified EQ practitioner (Six Seconds), has completed Train the Trainer certification (Dale Carnegie), and holds an ISO TS Auditor certification.
  • Throughout his professional journey, Salil has gained extensive experience in Competency Mapping, Competency Assessments and Development, Psychometric Assessments and debriefs, Training Needs Identification (TNI), Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and learning interventions. He has also developed a proficient understanding of technology in HR.
