Neha Buch brings her expertise in designing & facilitating cutting-edge interventions across diverse stakeholders & multiple focus areas, including leadership development, organisational design and development and coaching. She has led, co-designed and implemented OD interventions and coaching of senior leadership teams and High Potential Leaders with organisations across the development and corporate sectors like J-PAL, AWS India & APJC, LEAD School, B2R ( rural BPO), Breakthrough and Doosra Dashak and co-led strategy-building interventions with organisations like WWF India and UNFPA India, among others. Neha also supports the SCERT, Directorate of Education and the Delhi Government in the roll-out of an active citizenship curriculum through strategy development and teacher capacity building intervention impacting over 75000 government school teachers and 18 lakh students across the city. Neha has also nurtured and mentored over 200 young social entrepreneurs across India on personal leadership, strategy development and organisation building and is on the board of different adolescent & youth-engaging organisations.

Neha is the ex-CEO of Pravah, a Delhi Based Youth Development organisation. She was the first and youngest non-founder CEO of Pravah, having come a full circle from starting her journey as a volunteer in 2000. She brings 20+ years of experience in the sector and is a founding member of the Kutumb Foundation and Swechha. As CEO (2012-2019), she led the strategy development and organisational development processes for the organisation, enabled the next rung of leadership to develop and take on senior roles, managed and nurtured a diverse team, and provided oversight to all of Pravah’s programmes. Neha was instrumental in enabling Pravah to build strategic alliances across multiple national and international fora and sectors like UN agencies, academic institutions, government and NGOs for advocacy and programming.

She is an alumnus of St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University. She is passionate about travel, stories and is an avid animal lover.
