Manjiri is a HR and OD professional with over two decades across the corporate sector. She has led teams to embed high performance work culture through appropriate People Strategy and HR Processes.
She has worked across financial services, consulting and manufacturing sectors with both Indian DNA Multinational companies where she has had the opportunity to lead the HR function. She has also had the opportunity to lead the OD Function at the group level with a large Indian conglomerate.
Manjiri has designed and deployed talent management processes to create a strong succession pipeline. She has helped organisations build and implement learning and development strategy to ensure people and cultural readiness in line with the business vision
Manjiri has facilitated workshops with senior leadership and CEOs to create team alignment, cultural synergy and drive transformation.
She has also worked in delivering training across middle and senior management cadres on Managerial skills, Leadership and Coaching.
