Arun P V has been an Executive & Life Coach from 2014 after having spent 23 years in the IT industry, 18 of them in various leadership roles. Having started his career with NIIT as an IT Trainer, he quickly established himself as a Business Leader managing multiple Training Centers and running Training Operations. After a short stint in Microland setting up Franchising Operations for their training division, he then took on the role of Head-Training Business for Datacraft India (now NTT India) and successfully grew the business manifold while bagging several awards for running it as the most profitable business unit, using a consultative approach. After achieving his goals in this role, he moved on to handing the Manufacturing and Travel & Transportation Verticals for Datacraft India, giving him wide exposure to a variety of client environments and propagation of IT solutions to their problem areas. After spearheading a multi-year deal in a completely new area, he was handed charge of creating new revenue streams for Datacraft India as Head-Emerging Business. In his last corporate role, he was in charge of client satisfaction for over 800 clients in the country as the National Head – Core Services and driving annual revenues of $25 Million.

As a credentialed coach, Arun has coached hundreds of leaders in aspects of leadership, setting and achieving goals, self-awareness, overcoming self-limiting beliefs, people development and managing teams.
