<p>Then there&#8217;s Henry Mintzberg&#8217;s t<a href="http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0138552703/qid=981312654/sr=1-10/ref=sc_b_10" target="_blank">axonomy of organizational structures</a>, which talks of the 5 parts of an organization and the five types of organizations.</p>
<p>Both can be referred together for organizations that are changing from one level of the sigmoidal curve to another.</p>
